Make Your Choice: Eat Healthier

i know.. i know.. i LOVE fast food too. well, who doesn't right? -God i'm hungry- but considering the fact that we guys get worse and worse everyday (in terms of weight, health and stuff), we have to give it a stop as soon as possible, no? if you're not happy with your eating habbit, then here are some tips for you that can replace junk food:


1. Corn

*Prefer boiled corn to popcorn. trust me: it's also very delicious! and it's my favorite..

2. Seared Fruit

*Consume seared fruit instead of chocolate. it's quite common now.

3. Organic Chocolate

*Even when you will eat some, try to find organic chocolate. that'd be a clever choice!

4. Bread

*Instead of white one, do consume pumpernickel or the one with extra extra grain.

5. Dried Fruits/Nuts

*Eating a handful of dried nuts everyday is very healthy and it makes you feel full. it's yummy too!

6. Potatoes

*Go for the boiled potatoes, not the fried one. sprinkle some thyme and olive oil on it. this will make sure you'll have a delicious salad!

7. Say 'Stop' to Energy Drinks

*Grab a glass of water and put a couple of lemon drops in it or prepare some iced tea at home. the latter would be cooler!

8. Soup

*Drink some tasty soup instead of eating hamburgers.. well, you should think about the calories sometimes, right??

9. Fish

*Forsake the red meat for the white one many times. prefer fish and let your eyes shine better!

10. Fizzy Drinks

*Try the lemon soda and quit your relationship with the fizzy drinks. your stomach will feel better and your body will be at ease..


well, you know what they say: healthy things taste awful whereas the unhealthy tastes awesome!

i know it's hard to quit our habits and those cupcakes, pizzas, icacreams, hamburgers and stuff. but we should also think about the following years, right? i'll try to give it a try and i know it won't be that hard for me. hope you guys do the same 'cause what harm can you get trying?
